Submission Guidelines

Please review before submitting your manuscript

  • Manuscripts may be submitted as a Full Paper or an Extended Abstract, formatted in APA 7th edition style.
  • All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review — please remove author names, affiliations and any identifying information from the manuscript body before uploading.
  • Papers must be original, unpublished work that is not simultaneously under review at another conference or journal.
  • Files should be uploaded in .doc, .docx or .pdf format via the official submission form.
  • Each submission should be mapped to one of the eight conference tracks (see below) at the time of submission.
  • Authors may make multiple submissions, provided each paper is complete, original, and separately reviewable.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete conference registration to be included in the program.

What format should my submission be in?

Can I submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper?

Yes — both Full Papers and Extended Abstracts are accepted for review.

Is the review process blind?

Yes, all submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Please remove all author-identifying information from your manuscript before submitting it.

Can I submit more than one paper?

Yes, authors may make multiple submissions provided each paper is original, complete, and can be independently reviewed.

What happens after I submit?

Your paper enters the double-blind review process. You'll be notified of the outcome by email by 1 November 2026. Accepted authors must then complete registration by 26 November 2026.
