Terms & Conditions

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and form submission.
At least one author must register to present an accepted paper.
Registration category must match the delegate's actual status (student, academician, industry, or foreign delegate).
Certificates will be issued only to registered and attending delegates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to icbrain@nsut.ac.in.
Refund eligibility and processing timelines will be communicated by the organizing committee on a case-by-case basis.
No cancellations will be accepted after 26 November 2026 (registration close).
Registration fees are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved by the committee.

Registration opens on 1 September 2026 and closes on 26 November 2026.

Do I need to register before my paper is accepted?

No — registration can be completed after acceptance notification (1 November 2026), but must be done before 26 November 2026 to secure your presentation slot.

Can I attend without presenting a paper?

Yes — select the "Non-Author (Attendee Only)" category at ₹1,200 to attend without presenting.

How do foreign delegates pay the registration fee?

Foreign delegates can pay the $50 fee via international bank transfer using the Swift code provided, or through the payment link shared on the registration form.

Will I receive a confirmation after registering?

Yes — a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your payment and form submission are verified.
